Iranian veterinary vaccine filling, granulating /tablet pressing/blister packaging line project in 2019:
Customer introduction:
This customer is a veterinary medicine factory and is also Iran’s largest manufacturer of animal injection medicines. This project undertaken by Marya belongs to the customer’s plant expansion.
The total area of the contracted project is 3255 square meters. We have provided the decoration system, electric system, automatic control, and HVAC systems,m and all the production machinery for the entire project in a turnkey solution way, along with on-site installation and construction services. Our technical team kept good communication with the customer’s design team and provided customers with a lot of professional guidance and opinions throughout the design of the whole project and gained great trust and consent from them.
The decoration system of the project adopts a rock wool sandwich panel, and the floor adopts a PVC floor; the illuminance of the clean rooms is designed to be 150~500 Lux according to different functions. The air conditioning system adopts an air-cooled heat pump + AHU high-efficiency filter, designed with 12 sets of AHU + 1 set of MAU system, along with a BMS system to achieve constant temperature and humidity control.

Customer introduction:
The client is a government department in Tanzania. The project undertaken by Marya is a new factory, which produces gloves, tablets, capsules, etc. We have provided decoration materials, electrical, automatic control, and HVAC systems for the entire cleanroom project. We also provide on-site installation guidance services by dispatching an experienced engineer to the lclient’ssite even during the epidemic. The cleanroom wall adopts a 50mm thick hand-made rock wool sandwich panel, the ceiling adopts 5a 0mm thick hand-made glass-magnesium rock wool sandwich panel, the floor uses PVC floor, the air conditioner adopts air-cooled heat pump hosts, and the end adopts AHU. The air-supply vent adopts a high-efficiency filter and realizes constant temperature and humidity control through BMS automatic control system.
